Schedules: everything that runs on its own
The Schedules page: geo-grid scan campaigns, LLM Visibility checks, review checks, report emails and queued posts, with next run, monthly scan credits, pause and cadence options.
On this page
Schedules is the one page that shows everything SearchOps runs for you on its own: geo-grid scans, LLM Visibility checks, review checks, report emails and queued Google posts. Use it to see what runs next, what it will cost in scan credits each month, and to pause or change anything in one place.
To set up a geo-grid scan campaign step by step, see Schedule recurring geo-grid scans.
Where to find it
Schedules is in the sidebar under Track, at /dashboard/scheduled. Geo-Grid Scans and LLM Visibility also each have a Schedules tab that opens the same page.
The top of the page shows your Active schedules, the Next run and your expected Scan credits / month against your allowance. If the estimate is over your allowance, it says so, because runs would skip once credits run out. Below that, Automation coverage points out anything not yet automated, then each kind of work has its own section: Geo-grid scans, LLM Visibility, Review checks and Report emails, plus Queued Google posts and the Always on automations that need no schedule.
What each section runs
- Geo-grid scans check Google from a grid of points around each location. Each campaign runs one engine, chosen under What to measure: Google Maps, Google Search (local pack and AI Overviews) or Google AI Mode. They use scan credits on every run. Select New scan to create one. See Schedule recurring geo-grid scans.
- LLM Visibility asks ChatGPT and Gemini your tracked prompts on a schedule, using your AI visibility checks, never scan credits. A schedule is only created when you set one: open the schedule beside Run a check on a location (it reads Not scheduled until you do), or select New schedule here, which takes you to it. Choose weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, the day and the time; nothing is scheduled until you press Save. See Track LLM Visibility.
- Review checks look for new reviews on the sources you track. Turn daily checks on from Reviews. See Monitor and reply to reviews.
- Report emails send a report on a schedule. Set one up from the report itself with Schedule. See Build client-ready reports.
Note: Only geo-grid scans draw scan credits. LLM Visibility uses your AI visibility checks. See How credits and quotas work.
The retired keyword rank tracker's schedules (Google Search Visibility checks) only show if you still have some. They no longer create new readings. For Google results, set up a scan campaign on Google Search or Google AI Mode.
How often each one can run
| Schedule | Choices |
|---|---|
| Geo-grid scans | Daily, Weekly, Every 2 weeks or Monthly |
| LLM Visibility | Weekly, Every 2 weeks or Monthly |
| Report emails | Daily, Weekly or Monthly |
Every choice is available on every paid plan. For geo-grid scans, cadence is what decides the cost: a 7x7 grid is 49 credits per keyword on Google Maps, and 98 on Google Search or Google AI Mode, so a daily campaign uses about seven times what a weekly one does. The form shows the cost per run and a rough monthly total before you save.
To schedule geo-grid scans for many locations at once, use Bulk schedule at the top of the page. Each location runs against its own keywords.
Manage your schedules
Every schedule shows its cadence, next run and the result of its last run. From there you can:
- Pause or resume with the switch. A paused schedule stops running and stops drawing credits, and it drops out of your monthly estimate.
- Edit by opening it to change keywords, cadence or email settings.
- Delete with the bin icon on an LLM Visibility schedule, or from inside a scan campaign.
When the list grows past a handful, a search box appears so you can find a schedule by location or name.
Tip: Pausing rather than deleting keeps the setup ready to switch back on later, handy for seasonal campaigns.
Plan availability
Scheduling is included on every paid plan, Starter included.
