Gemini answers from Google. See whether it names you.
Gemini is the assistant built into Android, Chrome and the Gemini app, and it answers local questions from Google's own index: your Business Profile, your reviews, the directories and pages that mention you. Gemini Visibility puts your customers' prompts to it on a schedule and shows whether it names you, who it names instead, and the sources it leans on, so a gap on Google shows up for what it is.
These Austin plumbers offer same-day water heater repair:
- Kestrel Plumbing Co.Matched by your website
- Ironwood Rooter
- Eastfield Plumbing
- Cedar Ridge Pipe Works
Check recent reviews and ask whether the call-out fee is waived if they do the repair.

Keyword Manager
A prompt for every service you sell, asked as your customers
Tracking Gemini is only as good as the prompts you put to it. In Keyword Manager your keywords are grouped into the services you sell, and each service is asked as each kind of customer you get, with your town written in.
Prompts are written per service, not per keyword, so fifty ways of searching for one service are asked about once and a longer keyword list never makes your checks cost more. Write and reword them yourself, or have the agent word them the way each customer would.
- Services built from your Business Profile, your website and the searches you already rank for
- Prompt ideas written from your own evidence, never from invented prompt volume
- Every prompt says where it came from, and keeps its results when you reword it

Customers
Find the moment the answer changes
Customers rarely ask plainly. They are watching the cost, need someone outside normal hours, or are nervous and want somewhere patient. Each customer you add is asked alongside the everyday customer, who just asks, so you see the difference in Gemini: recommended on the plain ask, missing the moment price or the time of day comes up.
Nothing runs until you say so. The Run a check dialog prices each service before anything is spent, and a schedule runs weekly, every two weeks or monthly once you save it.
- Customers defined by one need, never by age or background, each drawn as a character
- Suggested from your reviews and keywords, with the everyday customer always measured
- Results by service and customer, for both engines
- Copy your customers and plain asks to your other locations

Gemini, beside every Google result that matters
One row per keyword: whether Gemini and ChatGPT name you, how steadily, whether they agree, then AI Mode, AI Overview and the Map Pack on Google. Because Gemini draws on Google, this is where a gap on Google shows up as a gap in the answer.

Presence
Every response, with proof it is you
Every response Gemini gives is saved word for word, with every business it named. We only count you when the answer shows it is you: your phone number, your website or your address, or your name together with your street or your town.
A name that merely looks like yours is held back as Needs a look and never counted. Tell us once whether it is you, and every check remembers.
- Filter by who was asking, or by outcome
- Compare with the previous check to see what you gained and lost
- Another of your locations is recognised as yours, not counted as a rival

What holds over time, not what happened once
One check is a sample. Insights pools every response over 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time, and tells you what is consistently true: who holds the share of voice in Gemini, the keywords you always win and the ones you never do.
Every figure carries the number of checks behind it, so you can defend it in front of a client.
- Who Gemini names, and how consistently
- The first half of the window against the second, so you see which way it is moving
- Where Gemini gets its answers, and why it picks the businesses it picks
- Who's asking: how each of your customers does against the plain ask
Who holds the share
Pooled over every response in 12 checks, never an average of averages.

What it can see
Find the first step that did not happen
Before Gemini can recommend you it has to know you are a business, tie you to your website, read your pages, cite them, then name you. We show where that chain breaks for each location, and open the tool that fixes it.
- Identity, Reputation, Listings, Content and Access, each marked Fine or Worth a look
- Links straight to your Business Profile audit, reviews, listings and AI citations
- Task cards when Gemini links to the wrong website, or names you without citing your pages

What Gemini says when they ask about you by name
A customer who has your name will ask whether you are any good, what people complain about, and who to use instead. We put those prompts to Gemini about once a month and score the verdict, kept apart from your keyword results because it is a different moment.
- Favourable, mixed, neutral or critical, across every answer
- Who it suggests instead of you, and how often
- The verdict over time, per engine
- Five standard prompts, plus up to five of your own

Agencies and multi-location brands
Every location, both engines, one screen
See every location at once, grouped by brand, with each engine reported separately. Filter to the ones that are invisible, and see where the two engines disagree, because that is usually the fastest fix on the board.
Brand pages roll a whole estate up, and a report is one link to send, carrying your own branding on Agency and Enterprise.
- Strong, Needs attention, Invisible and Not checked, per engine
- Share of voice and the most-named rivals across all your markets
- White-label share reports on Agency and Enterprise
Visibility rate per engine. The two are never blended.
How we measure
No made-up rankings. Just how often you are named.
Gemini writes a new answer every time, in a new order. So any tool that prints "you are number 2" is printing a number it cannot defend. We never give a position for an answer engine. We count how often you are named across many prompts and many checks, show how many checks sit behind every figure, and pool them properly rather than averaging averages. It is the claim you can take to a client, and it moves when your work pays off.
What it uses
How it's billed
Gemini Visibility draws on the same monthly AI visibility checks as ChatGPT Visibility, an allowance included in every paid plan and kept apart from your geo-grid scan credits. One check is one prompt put to one engine. Every prompt goes to both Gemini and ChatGPT, so a prompt costs two checks each time it runs. Writing, saving and editing prompts uses nothing: only prompts that run are counted. The Run a check dialog shows what a check will use before it runs, and the allowance resets each month.
See every plan- One check is one prompt put to one engine
- Every prompt goes to Gemini and ChatGPT, so it costs two checks a run
- A service asked as two customers, checked weekly, is about 17 checks a month
- 600 checks a month on Starter, 3,000 on Pro and 6,000 on Agency, with Enterprise agreed in your contract
- Writing, saving and editing prompts use no checks
- Never drawn from your scan credits
