Local SEO Software

Content Plan

A month of posts, short videos and forum replies for every business you run. Each piece is made for the platform it goes on: the people who follow the business there, and what they search for in that app. Where Google's page one or an AI answer already shows that kind of content for your keywords, it's written to be found there too. Every piece is written in the business's own voice from facts someone has confirmed, checked before you post it, and followed afterwards to see whether Google or an AI answer picked it up.

  1. 1Confirm the factsSearchOps reads each business's website, Google profile and reviews. You or your client confirm what's true.
  2. 2Plan four weeksThe agent plans up to eight topics for your platforms, each with the reason it's there and whether Google or AI answers show that kind of post too.
  3. 3Write, check and postWrite each piece for its platform in the business's voice, post it there, then follow what Google and AI answers pick up.

Why it's different

Built for the way local SEO actually works

Made for the platform, and for search

Each piece is made for where it's posted: the people who follow the business there, and what they search for in that app. Where Google's page one or an AI answer already shows that kind of post for your keywords, it's written to be found there too.

Written from confirmed facts

Prices, offers, claims and people are used only once someone has confirmed them. An offer is never mentioned after it ends, and a person is named only when marked OK to name.

Checked before you post

Every figure in a draft is checked against the confirmed facts and stock phrases are taken out. Anything that still needs a look is marked Check before posting, including text you edit yourself.

One plan for every branch

One plan for the whole business, with branches taking turns in the spotlight. A branch with its own social accounts gets its own plan, and any topic can be copied to every branch.

Business facts

It writes from what's true about the business, not what sounds good

Before anything is planned, SearchOps reads how each business looks, sounds and sells: its website, its Google profile, its reviews and its own replies to them. Everything arrives as a suggestion with where it came from, and you or your client confirm what's true.

  • Prices, offers, claims and people are stated only once confirmed. Suggestions can shape the tone but are never stated
  • Offers carry an end date, and a piece is judged on the day it goes out
  • People are named only when marked OK to name
  • Ask your client sends a form with no login, and what they add arrives confirmed

Plan your own month

The plan

Four weeks for your platforms, aimed at Google and AI answers too

Press Plan and the agent reads where the business posts, your keywords, the latest Google Search scan, People also ask, Search Console, and the social and forum pages that Google's AI Overview, ChatGPT and Gemini cite. It plans up to eight topics, two a week, each made for its platform, and says why each one is there, what it read and where it can be found.

In the thread

Everyone who reads the thread

On Google

A thread on reddit.com shows in Discussions and forums at 5 of 7 points

In AI answers

ChatGPT cites a thread on reddit.com

Why this, why now

People in Leeds are asking for an emergency dentist in this thread. It's on page one for this search, and ChatGPT cites it when asked.

What the plan read

  • Page one for "emergency dentist leeds": Discussions and forums, 2 threads
  • Cited by ChatGPT in its answer to the same question

Facts it uses

  • Services: Check-ups and hygiene, Invisalign, dental implants, teeth whitening, emergency appointments
  • Selling point: Evening appointments until 8pm, Monday to Thursday, in Leeds

A sample month. Open any topic to see where it's found, why it was picked and what the plan read, then write it or remove it.

Plan your own month
  • Every topic is made for its platform first: the business's followers there and that app's own search
  • Each topic shows where else it can be found: on Google when page one shows that kind of post for the keyword, in AI answers when they cite one
  • A platform the business isn't on yet is suggested only when Google or AI answers show it, and thread replies go only to threads they show
  • It remembers what was posted, written and removed, so a topic never comes round again in new words

Writing

Written in the business's voice, then checked before you post

Write a topic and the post comes back in the business's own voice, made for its platform and ready to copy, with a picture in its colours. Videos and podcasts come as briefs for whoever films or records them: the hook, the script, the shots and what to say out loud.

  • Written for how people search on that platform: the words they use go in the first line, on screen or out loud, with a place to tag where the platform has one
  • Where Google or AI answers show it, it opens with those words and answers the question plainly, naming the business and the town
  • Every price, percentage and "years" claim is checked against the confirmed facts, stock phrases are taken out, and anything still wrong is marked Check before posting
  • Six kinds of picture, from a photo with a caption to a brand graphic, with the words laid on in your font
  • Share a brief through a link with no login

Results

See which posts Google and AI answers picked up

Paste the link once a piece is posted. Later Google Search scans and AI answers are read for it, so the Results tab shows what was seen on page one, in Google's short videos or forums, or cited by ChatGPT and Gemini. Likes and views stay on the platform itself. Most posts aren't seen beyond it, and the tab says so rather than dressing it up.

What it uses

Content pieces and image credits

Writing a piece uses one content piece from your monthly allowance, and planning four weeks uses one agent action. Pictures made for a piece use image credits. Reading the facts and following results use nothing.

  • Content pieces a month: 10 on Starter, 40 on Pro, 150 on Agency, 500 on Enterprise
  • Each write, rewrite or branch version uses one piece
  • Planning four weeks uses one agent action, for the business or for one branch
  • Image credits a month: 5 on Starter, 25 on Pro, 75 on Agency, 300 on Enterprise
  • A picture uses 1 credit at Standard quality and 4 at High. Your own photos and brand graphics use none

Content Plan FAQ

Questions we get

Not answered here? Contact us

Does SearchOps post for me?
No. You copy each piece and post it on the business's own account, then paste the link back so its results can be followed. Videos and podcasts come as briefs for whoever films or records them.
Which platforms does it plan for?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Nextdoor, Pinterest, forum threads and podcasts. A plan uses the platforms the business posts on, and adds another only when Google's page one or an AI answer shows that kind of content for the keyword.
Is it written for the platform or for Google?
Both, platform first. Every piece is made for the people on its platform and for that app's own search, with the words people search in the first line, on screen or said out loud. When Google's page one or an AI answer already shows that kind of post for the keyword, the same piece is written to be found there too: it opens with the words people search and answers the question plainly. Each topic shows which.
Will it make things up about the business?
It is built not to. Prices, offers, claims and people are used only once someone has confirmed them, every figure in a draft is checked against those facts, an offer is never mentioned after its end date, and a person is named only when marked OK to name. Anything that still needs a look is marked Check before posting.
Is this the same as Google Business Profile posts?
No. Posts on your Google profile stay in Google Business Profile Manager. The content plan covers the other places customers find you: social platforms, video and forum threads, on the platforms themselves, on Google and in AI answers.
How does it work for a business with several branches?
There is one plan for the whole business, with up to four branches taking turns in the spotlight. A branch with its own social accounts gets its own plan, and a topic can be copied to every branch with Make a version for each branch.
Can my client check the facts?
Yes. Ask your client creates a form with no login. They can add offers with end dates, the team, prices, guarantees and licences, and what they add arrives confirmed. Each link lasts 30 days.
What do the results show?
Once you paste a posted link, later Google Search scans and AI answers are read for it: on page one for a keyword and at how many points, in Google's short videos, in Discussions and forums, in Perspectives, or cited by Google's AI Overview, ChatGPT or Gemini. It costs nothing extra.
