Know what your customers search and ask, service by service
Keyword Manager is where each location's keywords and prompts live, organised by the services you sell. Keywords are what people type into Google, checked by your geo-grid scans. Prompts are what people ask ChatGPT and Gemini, written for every service and asked as the kinds of customer you actually get. Because prompts are written per service, a longer keyword list never makes your checks cost more.

Services
Your keywords, grouped into what you sell
A dental practice doesn't sell 48 keywords. It sells check-ups, implants, whitening and emergency appointments. Keyword Manager groups every keyword a location tracks into those services, so "emergency dentist leeds", "leeds emergency dentist" and "dentist open today" sit together under a name you'd recognise.
When you set up a location, services come from what the business has already published: the services and categories on its Business Profile, the service pages on its website, the searches it already ranks for and what its reviews mention, plus any file you bring. Each one says where it came from, so you can tell your own profile from a suggestion.

Keywords
Every keyword, tracked on Google in its own right
Keywords are what people type into Google, and a location can keep as many as you like. Type or paste a list, bring in the searches your site already gets from Search Console, pick from keyword ideas found in your own data, or import the file you already have.
A Google Ads export, a Search Console download or another rank tracker's export works as it is. The preview shows what it thinks each column holds, lists every line it will leave out and why, and nothing is saved until you add it.

02/Ask as your customers
Customers
Ask as the customers you actually get
Two people can ask an assistant the same thing and get different businesses back, because they aren't really asking the same thing. "Who's a good dentist in Leeds?" and "Who's a good dentist in Leeds? I'm paying myself" are different requests, and a practice can be recommended for one and missing from the other.
So a customer here is defined by the one thing they're dealing with when they ask, like the cost, the time of day or nerves, never by age or background. Each is drawn as a character your team will recognise. The everyday customer, who just asks, is always measured, so every other customer has something to be compared against.

Prompts
A prompt for every service, in each customer's words
Open a service and you see everything asked about it: the keywords that bring customers, then a prompt card for each customer with how the latest answers treated you. "Named 6 of 8" on the service, "2/4" on a prompt, and "Ready" when it hasn't been checked yet.
Reword any prompt, and if it has already run, its results so far stay with the old wording. Remove one and its results are kept, ready to restore. Write your own, or press Write tailored prompts and the agent words each standard prompt the way that customer would say it.

Results
See which customers you lose, service by service
Because every service is asked as every customer, the results line up in a grid. Named on the plain ask and missing the moment someone mentions price is a finding you can act on, where a single visibility score would hide it.
The grid sits on the Results tab in LLM Visibility, and Insights compares each customer with the plain ask over time, for ChatGPT and Gemini side by side.

Your name
Branded and non-branded, side by side
Services are what people search and ask for what you sell. Your name is the other half: the searches for your business by name, and what ChatGPT and Gemini say when a customer who already has your name asks whether you're any good. Both sit on the same page, and they're reported apart, because a prompt that hands an engine your name says nothing about whether it names you unprompted.
Searches for your name are recognised however they were added, using the same words as the Branded filter in Search Console, and tracked on Google like any keyword. Prompts about you by name start as a standard set covering your reputation, complaints, how you compare, fit and alternatives, and you can add up to five of your own. Each engine's latest verdict sits beside them, with who it suggested instead.

Discover
New prompt ideas from evidence, not invented volume
There's no such thing as prompt search volume. Nobody publishes it, so any figure for how many people asked ChatGPT a question is made up. The Discover tab starts from what your own data shows instead: the keywords you track, the searches that find you on Google and Maps, the searches ChatGPT and Gemini ran about you, and what your reviews keep raising.
Press Suggest prompts and the agent writes a set for the location. Before you see one, it's checked: it names your area, names no business, asks for a recommendation, and doesn't repeat a prompt you already track. Each says what it was written from.

One list
One list feeds Google and the answer engines
Every keyword here is ready for a geo-grid scan on Google Maps, Google Search or AI Mode, checked from every point around the business. Pick one for a scan, or tick several for a scan campaign that runs on a schedule.
Prompts go to ChatGPT and Gemini when you press Run a check, or weekly, every two weeks or monthly once you save a schedule. The dialog prices each service before anything runs. And the list keeps growing from real demand: searches from Search Console, and the searches ChatGPT ran, can be added as keywords in one click.

Why services
A longer keyword list never makes your checks cost more
If prompts were written for every keyword, each keyword you added would add prompts, and the same question would be asked three ways and paid for three times. Keyword Manager writes prompts for each service instead. Fifty ways of searching for one service are asked about once, so what you spend follows what you sell and who you sell to, which is also the way the results are worth reading.

Add another 100 keywords to those 6 services and a run still costs 36 checks. Add a customer and it costs 12 more, one prompt per service on both engines, and the Run a check dialog shows the total before anything is spent.
The agent
Yours to write. The agent helps when you ask.
Everything in Keyword Manager works by hand: adding keywords, services and customers, importing files, writing and rewording prompts. None of it uses the agent.
When you want help, the agent can suggest services, choose customers, word prompts as each customer would, or file new keywords into services. Each press uses one agent action from your plan's monthly allowance, every button shows how many you have left, and if the agent comes back with nothing the action is given back.

What it uses
How it's billed
Keeping keywords, services, customers and prompts in Keyword Manager uses none of your allowances, and a location can keep as many keywords as you like. Allowances are used when something runs: geo-grid scans use scan credits, prompts use AI visibility checks when a check asks them, and agent buttons use agent actions.
Adding, importing and editing keywords and prompts uses no allowance
A geo-grid scan uses scan credits for each point it checks
One check is one prompt put to one engine, and every prompt goes to ChatGPT and Gemini

FAQ
Keyword Manager. Questions we get
Anything we check for you: a keyword, which is what someone types into Google, or a prompt, which is a question someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini. Keyword Manager keeps both for each location, organised by the services you sell, so one list feeds your geo-grid scans and your LLM Visibility checks.
Because nobody asks an assistant your keywords word for word, and asking the same thing three ways costs three times as much and tells you nothing new. Keywords that ask for the same service are grouped together and asked about once, as each of your customers. Every keyword is still tracked on Google on its own.
When you set up a location, SearchOps reads what the business has published: the services and categories on its Google Business Profile, the service pages on its website, the searches it already ranks for and what its reviews mention, plus any file you upload. Every service says where it came from. Add one by name, rename or remove any, or ask the agent to suggest more.
A customer here is the one thing a person is dealing with when they ask, like watching the cost, needing someone today or feeling nervous. Nobody can check whether a demographic guess changes an answer, but anyone can check whether mentioning price does. The everyday customer, who just asks, is always measured alongside, so the difference is the finding.
No. Nobody publishes prompt volume, so any number for it is invented. Prompt ideas come from your own evidence instead, and every suggestion shows what it was written from. For Google, your keywords show Search Console impressions where you have them.
Yes. Import an Excel, CSV, TSV or text file, or paste a list: a Google Ads export, a Search Console download, another rank tracker's export or a list of questions customers ask. For Excel we read the first sheet. The preview shows what each column holds and every line it leaves out and why, and nothing is saved until you add it.
Yes, kept apart from everything else. Searches for your name are recognised however they were added, using the same words as the Branded filter in Search Console, and tracked on Google like any keyword. Prompts about you by name ask ChatGPT and Gemini whether you're any good, what people complain about, how you compare and who they'd suggest instead: five standard prompts, plus up to five of your own. Each engine's verdict is shown as favourable, mixed, neutral or critical, month by month. They're never counted in whether the engines name you for what you sell, because a prompt that hands them your name can't tell you that.
No. Your keywords and prompts are yours to write, and the agent only helps when you press a button that asks it to. Each press uses one agent action from your monthly allowance: 15 on Starter, 40 on Pro, 100 on Agency and 300 on Enterprise. If it comes back with nothing, the action is given back.
Set one location up the way you want it and copy its customers and plain asks to the others, each asked about its own town. You can add the same keywords to several branches at once, and the Keywords list shows every location's services, keywords and prompts, grouped by brand.
