SearchOps works with the tools your agency already runs on
Email clients their results from GoHighLevel, flag at-risk accounts in your CRM, build live dashboards in Google Sheets and Data Studio, and ask about any location in ChatGPT or Claude. Step-by-step guides for each one.
Built in
Google Business Profile, Search Console, Google Analytics, Slack, ChatGPT and Claude connect with a sign-in. Nothing to configure.
Webhooks
SearchOps tells your tools the moment a Map Pack grid really moves, a scan finishes or Google edits a listing. Point it at GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make or n8n.
REST API and MCP
Pull any number into a sheet, dashboard or warehouse on a schedule, or ask about it in plain English from ChatGPT and Claude.

Let HighLevel email every client the results you produced, flag accounts slipping in the Map Pack, and open the upsell when a rival moves in.
Your clients live in HighLevel sub-accounts; their local search lives in SearchOps. Connect the two and your workflows can act on things only SearchOps knows: a confirmed Map Pack loss in part of a client's area, Google quietly editing their listing, or a week of calls and direction requests your work produced. HighLevel's Inbound Webhook trigger picks up our events, and its Scheduler can pull any SearchOps report on a timetable.

Signals your other tools can't get anywhere else
Anyone can forward a review. These are the things SearchOps knows about each client that nothing else in your stack does, and what agencies do with them.
Don't see your tool?
If it can receive a webhook or call a web address, it works with SearchOps. Most tools do one or the other, and Zapier, Make and n8n bridge the rest.

FAQ
Integration questions
Which integrations are built in?
Google Business Profile, Search Console and Google Analytics connect with a Google sign-in. ChatGPT and Claude connect to the SearchOps MCP server with a SearchOps sign-in. Slack is built in for the Monday digest and urgent tasks. Everything else connects through webhooks or the API, usually with Zapier, Make or n8n in between.
Do I need Zapier?
Only for tools that can't receive our webhooks directly. GoHighLevel, Make and n8n receive them as they are, and Google Sheets can pull from the API with a free Apps Script. Slack alerts, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot and project tools work best through Zapier, Make or n8n.
Which plans include integrations?
Webhooks and the API are on Pro, Agency and Enterprise, set up by an owner or admin. The Google connections and the Slack digest are available on every plan that includes those features.
Are webhooks secure?
Every webhook is signed with the Standard Webhooks scheme so you can prove it came from SearchOps, and we only send to public HTTPS addresses. Failed deliveries are retried for about a day and can be replayed.
Can I send different clients to different places?
Yes. Each webhook can be limited to chosen locations, and you can have up to 100, so each client can have its own GoHighLevel sub-account, Slack channel or list.
Is there a native app for GoHighLevel or Zapier?
Not yet. Today they connect through webhooks, which take a few minutes to set up and receive every event. Native marketplace apps are on our list.
