Review Monitoring

One dashboard for every review across all your locations: Google on every plan, plus Trustpilot and Tripadvisor on Pro and above. See what lands, understand sentiment by topic, and respond before your rating moves.

Why it's different

Built for the way local SEO actually works

One feed, every location

Every review across all your locations in one timeline: Google on every plan, plus Trustpilot and Tripadvisor on Pro and above. No tab-switching.

Unanswered reviews flagged

New reviews, and low-star reviews still waiting for a reply, show up on your dashboard so nothing slips.

Sentiment analysis

Every review scored for sentiment and tagged by topic. See patterns your star rating hides.

Trend reporting

See your rating trajectory, review velocity, and sentiment by topic at a glance.

One feed, every location

Stop tab-switching to stay on top of reviews

Checking each location's Google reviews by hand doesn't scale past a handful of locations. We aggregate every review across every location into a single chronological feed. So you can triage, respond, and track trends from one screen.

  • Google reviews across all your locations, plus Trustpilot and Tripadvisor on Pro and above
  • Unanswered reviews flagged on your dashboard
  • Agent-drafted replies in your brand voice
  • Reply to Google reviews from SearchOps once your profile is connected

Sentiment, not just stars

Topic-level sentiment surfaces problems early

Star ratings are a trailing indicator. By the time your rating drops from 4.8 to 4.5, you've had weeks of bad reviews you could have acted on. We tag every review for topic. Service speed, pricing, staff, product quality, wait time. And score sentiment per topic. A dip in service-speed sentiment shows up before your overall rating moves.

  • Automatic topic tagging (no manual setup)
  • Per-topic sentiment compared with the previous period
  • Location-level breakdowns for multi-site operators
  • Competitor Google ratings and review counts from your latest map scan

How it works

Three steps from signup to insight

1

Add your locations

Add a location and its Google reviews are tracked from its Google listing, no connection needed. Connect the Google Business Profiles you manage, up to your plan's limit, to reply from SearchOps and receive new reviews automatically.

2

We ingest every review

On a connected profile, new reviews arrive automatically, usually within minutes. Other locations, and Trustpilot and Tripadvisor, update when you run a check or when their daily check runs.

3

Triage, respond, trend

New and unanswered reviews show on your dashboard, with sentiment by topic building up over time.

What it uses

Monitoring cost

Review monitoring is included in every paid plan. Connected Google Business Profiles sync new reviews automatically and use no allowance. Other locations, and Trustpilot and Tripadvisor, can be checked daily, and each check uses one review check from your monthly allowance (150 on Starter, 400 on Pro, 1,500 on Agency). There is no charge per review or per reply.

  • Connected Google profiles sync automatically
  • Daily checks on other sources use your monthly review checks
  • Agent reply drafting included, however many reviews come in

FAQ

Review Monitoring. Questions we get

Google on every plan, plus Trustpilot and Tripadvisor on Pro and above. Facebook Recommendations are not tracked, because they need a connected Facebook Page and are a yes or no rather than a star rating. Tell us which other sites you need most.

On a connected Google Business Profile, new reviews usually reach SearchOps within minutes of Google publishing them. Other locations, and Trustpilot and Tripadvisor, update when you run a check, or daily if you switch that on. SearchOps does not send review alert emails yet.

Yes. Connect your Google Business Profile and you can reply from inside SearchOps, with agent-drafted replies matched to your brand voice. On Pro and above the agent can auto-reply to 4-star-and-up reviews, while anything lower always waits for a human.

No. SearchOps does not judge whether a review is fake. If you think a review breaks Google's rules, report it to Google from your Business Profile, where Google makes the decision.

Yes, on every plan. Run a geo-grid scan and the Competitors tab on a location's reviews compares your Google rating and review count with the businesses that scan found. Map Insights also shows the review count you need to reach the pack and how fast you are getting there.
