Pick a ready-made report from the Library, or build your own from blocks that read the data SearchOps already holds: Business Profile results, Search Console, Google Analytics, map scans, AI answers, reviews and the work you finished. Put it on an email schedule and the headline figures land in your client's inbox, or print it as a PDF under your own brand.

Why it's different

Built for the way local SEO actually works

Start from the Library

Eight ready-made reports, from the Monthly Client Report to the Branch League Table. Each shows what's inside before you create it, and leaves out any section a location has no data for.

Built from measurements

Every block reads data SearchOps already holds or asks Google live on your connection, so nothing is retyped and nothing drifts from what the trackers found.

Sent on a schedule

Daily, weekly or monthly. The report always comes to you, and each client gets the headline figures in their inbox without anyone remembering to export anything.

Your brand, and proof

On Agency and Enterprise, reports carry your logo, colours and contact details. Verified results put a before and after in a report that anyone can check.

The Library

Ready-made reports that know what each location has

The Library opens on eight Featured reports, grouped by what they answer: results and leads, Search Console, AI visibility and agency. Pick one, choose the location or branches and the period, and it shows what's inside before you create it, including any section it leaves out because the location has no data for it.

  • Monthly Client Report

    Results and leads

What was done this month and what happened: profile actions, search clicks, leads, map visibility, AI answers and reviews.

  • Leads Report

    Results and leads

Enquiries, calls, bookings and orders by month, channel and page, beside the calls and clicks from the Business Profile itself.

  • Branch League Table

    Agency

Every branch on one line: profile actions and their change, rating, unanswered reviews, Map Pack share, AI answers and share of voice. Weakest first.

  • Town-by-Town Report

    Search Console

Searches naming each town the location is in or serves: clicks and position per town, and the towns nobody searched by name.

  • Service Line Report

    Results and leads

Each service three ways: Google's position for its keywords, its share of the Map Pack top 3, and how often AI answers name you for it.

  • Google Rankings

    Search Console

Google's average position for every keyword on the Keywords page, the biggest movers and the page that ranks, from Search Console.

  • Results Since We Started

    Results and leads

Before against now: profile actions and action rate against the baseline, search clicks against the first weeks on record, and Map Pack share against the first scan.

  • AI Visibility Report

    AI visibility

How often ChatGPT and Gemini name the business, its share of voice, who they name instead, the sources they cite, and what they say when asked about it by name.

The eight ready-made reports. Open one for Harrogate, which has no Google Analytics, and see what it leaves out.

Build your own report
  • Monthly Client Report, Leads Report, Branch League Table, Town-by-Town Report, Service Line Report, Google Rankings, Results Since We Started and AI Visibility Report
  • A report that needs Search Console or Google Analytics is offered only where it's connected
  • Each one creates an ordinary report you can change, block by block

Building a report

A report is assembled from measurements, not retyped from them

Add blocks from the data your trackers and connections already hold, put them in order and pick the period. Draft the written summary from the report's own figures, then read and edit it before it goes to a client.

  • Blocks for Business Profile performance and results against the baseline, Search Console, Analytics leads, Map Pack visibility, AI answers, reviews, what we did and your own notes
  • Last month, last quarter, or the last 7, 30 or 90 days or 12 months, each against the period before
  • Search Console and Analytics blocks ask Google live and use Google's own windows
  • Up to 50 blocks in a report, across as many branches as you need

Your brand

Your name on the cover, and results anyone can check

On Agency and Enterprise, Report branding puts your logo, brand name, accent colour and contact details on every report, which opens on a cover and ends with your name. Add the Verified results block and each before and after comes with a code and a public page that redraws both maps, so a client can check it for themselves.

What it uses

What it costs

Reports are included on every paid plan. They read data your scans, audits, trackers and connections have already collected, so building, printing or scheduling a report doesn't use any of your allowances.

  • Email schedules: two for each location your plan allows, each to up to 20 addresses

Reports FAQ

Questions we get

Not answered here? Contact us

Do clients need an account to read a report?
No. A scheduled email puts up to eight headline figures in their inbox, and you can print any report as a PDF to send them. The full report stays in SearchOps behind your login.
Can I put my own commentary in a report?
Yes. Add a Text / notes block anywhere, or press Draft the written summary for a first draft written from the report's own figures, then read and edit it. In practice that is the part clients read first.
Can I report on more than one location at once?
Yes. Add blocks for as many branches as you need, up to 50 blocks in a report, or start from the Branch League Table, which puts every branch on one line, weakest first.
Can reports carry my agency's branding?
On Agency and Enterprise. Report branding sets your logo, brand name, accent colour, header style and a contact footer, and a branded report opens on a cover and ends with your name.
Where do the numbers come from?
From data SearchOps already holds: your Business Profile metrics, geo-grid scans, AI visibility checks, reviews, the tasks you finished and the daily Search Console figures it stores. The Search Console rankings, town and leads blocks ask Google live on your own connection, over Google's own windows.
What are Verified results?
Before and after pictures from two geo-grid scans of one keyword, at least 14 days apart, with a gain bigger than normal scan-to-scan noise. Each carries a code and a public page that redraws both maps, and the Verified results block puts them in a report.
