How a project runs
Discovery
We map your tools, data and workflows. You get a written spec, a clickable prototype and a fixed price for each milestone. Small jobs are scoped on a call instead.
Build in milestones
Each milestone ends in something you can use, on a preview link. It is invoiced when it is delivered, so you never pay far ahead of the work.
Care plan
Hosting, monitoring, updates and fixes when a connected tool changes. Higher plans add improvement days each month. Optional, 30 days' notice.
A shared board
Every task, who owns it and where it is, visible to you all the time.
A weekly video
Five minutes on what shipped, what is next and anything we need from you.

The code lives with you from week one, with documentation as we go.
