Google Business Profile
How many profiles can I connect?
Profile and location connection limits on each plan, and what counts toward them.
On this page
Each plan includes a different number of connected Google Business Profiles. This article explains what counts toward your limit and what to do when you reach it.
What counts
Each connected profile location counts as one toward your plan's limit. A single Google account can manage many locations, and every location you bring into SearchOps counts separately.
Connecting is only for profiles you own or manage, because Google asks you to verify that. It is different from a tracked location, which is any business you want data on, including competitors and prospects, and needs no connection at all. Your tracked location allowance is larger than your connected profile allowance for that reason: 10 locations to 1 profile on Starter, and twice as many locations as profiles on Pro and Agency.
Limits rise with your plan
The allowance steps up sharply as you move up the plans, from a small number on Starter to large estates on Agency and Enterprise. As a guide:
- Starter: one profile, for the single business you run.
- Pro: 25 profiles, room for a growing set of locations or a small client book.
- Agency: 100 profiles, built for managing a full client estate.
- Enterprise: sized to your contract, for large multi-location brands.
Note: Exact numbers can change, so the pricing page is always the source of truth for current allowances.
Seeing your usage
Open Profiles under Google Business Manager in the sidebar. Once you have connected a profile, the Connected Profiles header shows how many you have connected against your plan's limit, for example "3 of 25 connected". The same count appears in Settings under Connected Accounts.
When you hit the limit
When you have used every slot, the Connect Google button on the Profiles page changes to Upgrade for more. If you connect a Google account that manages more locations than you have slots left, SearchOps connects locations up to your limit and leaves the rest out. Upgrade or free up a slot, then connect again to bring them in. Your options are:
- Upgrade to a higher plan for a larger allowance.
- Free up a slot by disconnecting a profile you no longer manage. Select Manage profiles on the Profiles page, or go to Settings > Connected Accounts, and disconnect it there. The tracked location stays and simply loses performance data, posts and review replies until you reconnect.
Tip: Disconnecting a profile does not delete its history. If you reconnect later, your past data is still there.
